ABOUT THE ROLE
Protech Assist Ltd is looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst to lead data-driven marketing strategy and help us grow our brand presence across digital channels. You’ll work closely with leadership to translate analytics into actionable campaigns, optimise performance, and mentor junior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead end-to-end marketing analytics across paid, organic, and owned channels
– Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer behaviour
– Develop segmentation models and conduct cohort, funnel, and attribution analysis
– Present insights and recommendations directly to senior leadership
– Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams on go-to-market strategies
– Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience in a marketing analytics or growth analytics role
– Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
– Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or Python a strong plus
– Experience with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and CRM data
– Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear narratives
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
